Cancellation Policy

Tickets may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled event. Subject to compliance with this policy, any approved refund will be processed using the original method of payment.

For performances held at state-operated theatres and certain private venues that utilize assigned and numbered seating systems, cancellations are subject to specific venue regulations and contractual restrictions. As these tickets are issued for designated seats, the ticket holder must provide written confirmation stating that the tickets will not be used and that they consent to their release for resale.

Upon receipt of such written confirmation, the tickets may be offered for resale on a best-efforts basis. If and when the tickets are successfully resold, a refund of the ticket price will be issued to the original purchaser using the same payment method employed for the initial transaction.

Please note that, for tickets with assigned seating, a refund cannot be guaranteed and remains conditional upon the successful resale of the tickets. No refund shall be due in the event that the tickets cannot be resold prior to the performance.
